Quality Assurance

Arnold-Hanafin is required to regularly review, understand, and consistently apply the program management and quality required outlined in Arnold-Hanafin’s Quality Management System (QMS).

The QMS is a compilation of Arnold-Hanafin’s engineering, technical, manufacturing, programmatic, contracting, marketing and other best practices.

Arnold-Hanafin continually reviews and updates the QMS quarterly or as needed. Our quality policy is focused on ensuring product excellence and customer satisfaction. Arnold-Hanafin’s quality assurance activities focus on the processes being used to manage and deliver the solution to evaluate overall project performance on a regular basis.

Quality assurance is a method to ensure the project will satisfy the quality standards and will define and record quality reviews, test performance, and customer acceptance.

Quality assurance helps to establish if a deliverable is acceptable based on the processes used to create it. Quality assurance processes are used to evaluate overall project performance frequently and to determine that quality reviews were held, deliverables tested, and customer acceptance acquired.

Arnold-Hanafin will continue to monitor and maximize quality for SeaPort e through compliance with our QMS.

Arnold-Hanafin will maximize the use of the SeaPort e Webpage by creating a hub for quality assurance information and best practices that can be shared with our team.
